Every couple of days I get a weird idea I can’t get out of my head and then I have to dedicate all of my free time to it until it’s finished. Addictive stuff.

Me too! I only started properly doing it in mid-October and I’ve been totally obsessed since then. Every stage of it is super satisfying.

I do an initial coloured drawing and then write a script, what colour I want in which order and what I need to cut next. Printing lighter colours first usually makes them pop more in the end, and I recently got Ternes Burton Registration Pins which makes aligning a lot easier !! :)

Definitely worth checking out when you get to it - I felt a lot more creative liberty knowing that I can change colours of layers if I wanted

Thank you!! Have you been using Ternes Burton registration pins? They’ve been a game changer for me and I know my reverse printed text will be fine even if I need to add another layer (like the shadow) !

They look wonderful! I’ve also started creating a script (including a visual one sometimes )- it makes my brain hurt a lot less
