It absolutely was and yes, I do remember this edition. Select was an excellent magazine in its David Cavanagh / Miranda Sawyer led heyday but it did also feel like a repository for ex-NME writers.

It's just because a 7" had been reissued. Once streaming is added in, it has no chance whatsoever.
