It’s all been downhill since MySpace, man. That was peak internet.

I just want an app that lets me follow and be followed by the people I want, instead of a constantly churning algorithm that spits out unwanted crap from random strangers and forces me to be visible to the entire world.

Every app sucks. There is no “good one”. Facebook sucks, Instagram sucks, Twitter eSPECially sucks, and yes - Bluesky sucks.

Everyone should be able to curate who gets to see their profile. I shouldn’t have to individually block every stranger that follows me, I should be able to stop that from happening to begin with. This is simple “Social Media Platform Design 101”.
