When we work on you, our body temperature raises between 5 to 10 degrees. We fully understand that you, as the client, may get cold, but if you set your thermostat to SUPER HOT, we will be even hotter.

Water is always good. Keep those muscles hydrated and you are less likely to obtain an injury.
