A D3 is desperately needed so bungie can iterate on the key aspects like weapons, armour, subclasses/classes and the core gameplay loop. Bungie needs to lean harder into MMO aspects like POE 2 or other MMO’s and D2 wont be able to do that. I know this is very unlikely to happen but this is my take
