IMO it’s not ageist. I’m in my late 70s & know that the last 10 yrs have seen me slow down physically & mentally. I’d like to see Senators elected with the possibility of serving more than 1 term. Experience is valuable to all. Getting out of the morass djt will leave will require strong people

We need younger folks in the Senate. I admire Gov Cooper but he’s 68yrs old. He’s had an impact but Dems have to bring younger members into politics
