I have been informed, with absolute certainty, that I am safer now. I brought up "due process" and received nothing but insults at the thought. I am sure if the shoe was on the other foot, the anger would be as high, but in a different direction.

I have heard arguments that not having a DEI policy is ok because hiring, etc, would be the same one way or the other. I am trying to be hopeful. I am trying!
