Hit me today... A great big depression swelled and washed over me. Sometimes I just can't escape it's pull. Work is making me unhappy, many things are tbh.... Maybe a meds review is needed. :-(

Since lockdown I have struggled to come close to the cognitive achievements I was capable of at work pre COVID. I know I have not properly recovered from lockdown and am subject to performance pressures since then. @mrjamesob.bsky.social
