Agreed, but I always think Loeb’s work is a mixed bag story-wise. (I do like some of his stuff a fair amount, but I think he has a lot of middling or worse stuff. He works with great artists though)

Just read this issue a couple days ago. This is both the shortest and best story in it.

What I was going to say. Although their short lived run on Cap Heroes Return (Waid for longer) was also very good, definitely some momentum lost because of Heroes Reborn

Somehow this was a fad I suckered my high school friends into, even though they didn’t really read comics. After we got out of it and stopped playing, they gave me their figures and I sold them for a fraction of the initial cost of course
