Donald Trump escalated his long-standing falsehood that climate change is a "hoax" by declaring to the UN General Assembly that "Clean energy sources are ineffective, expensive, and a joke." This statement is inaccurate. In reality, wind and solar energy are more cost-effective than fossil fuels.

Political violence is horrendous and escalating. Particularly against Democrats. This is not by accident. Violence is in Trump’s playbook, as evidenced first by the insurrection of January 6. Pray for the families in Minnesota who are grieving the death of or injuries to their loved ones.
