Good question. I opened day 9 to be presented with an empty slot. Just checked and there are 2 sprues missing so need to see whether I can get replacements or it'll be refunded. Very disappointed as build should have started today.

Day 3 is the first sprue of parts.

It's a sticker sheet with a skull and crossbones on and a sprue cutter. The parts for the ship come all together on a handful of injection molded boards. A sprue cutter let's you snip the parts to separate them from the others.
