Movie #31 (Brian) The Toxic Avenger (2025) - Finishing off strong with the long awaited remake. Peter Dinklage was awesome. Great nods to the original! Claims objectives 7 (and bragging rights for it being Grilled Cheese),16,22, and 41 thus ending this year’s Horror Challenge! #CivilGoreHMC9

#CivilGoreHMC9 (Tim) Movie #30 - THE BLACK PHONE 2 (2025) This film was a good half hour too long, and the amount of 70s film grain was exhausting. However, I thought the original's characters got really satisfying story arcs and I enjoyed the direction they took the franchise. Claimed objective 6.

Movie #25 (Brian) Dead Awake - What is better than a movie starring Jocelin Donahue? A movie with 2 Jocelin Donahues of course! Always been interested in sleep paralysis so this movie delivered for me. Plus having the awesome. Brea Grant was another bonus perk! Claimed Objective 5 #CivilGoreHMC9
