The same/similar thing seems to be affecting BC Ferries. Completely mishandling any sensible decision.

Commercial-Broadway is now (like it or not) one of the most important hubs in SkyTrain network but the land use patterns are from 40 years ago. It’s tower time. And amenities too. The current land uses are baffling this is a place many more would love to call home.
