For years we've been a part of a broad coalition of organisations & politicians, including @stellacreasy.bsky.social, campaigning to make misogyny a hate crime.

From next April, the law will recognise that misogyny causes crimes against women and girls.

This #LivingWageWeek, local businesses & employers across Preston marked one year of being the first #LivingWage city in Lancashire. 🎉

With 38 employers across the city paying the real #LivingWage, a quarter of low-paid workers in & around the city have now seen a pay increase!

Support grew across the capital. Braving rain, 600+
East London Citizens leaders marched along the Mile End Road led by local Black Pentecostal churches.

With schools, trade unions, mosques and other faith groups, they called on the NHS and Mayor of London to back the real #LivingWage.
