My March reads... Verrrry heavy on the Women's Prize longlist, which in general I found underwhelming.
Adichie was a reluctant read for me (trans rights are human rights, lovelies!) and was even more regressive than I expected.

But the audio of Persaud's Boysie Singh was the greatest, purest joy!

When I moved to Germany in the mid-'90s, the godawful Kelly Family were MASSIVE, like superstar-scale huge. People rang me out of the blue (landline, phone book days) in the hope that I was one of them. Whenever I had to give my surname, people either swooned or sneered. It was a nightmare.
