Today Elon Musk said he doesn't care about the $1 trillion payday. He just wants 25% control of Tesla so no one can take away the robot army he plans to build.

Unreported was how much ketamine he took before the conference call.

Given what you say, it's weird that this happened:

This is your regular reminder that the prime age labor participation rate in the US is just a point or so off its all-time record high.

Yeah, we just don't have enough warm bodies to fill all the jobs that immigrants do.

But when people self-identity as working class, it's often not about being poor, and it doesn't correlate that well to income (highest self ID is in middle incomes). It's mostly about manual labor occupations and education.

Tesla now below its price on election day!

Countdown continues to Tesla stock losing all its post-election gain.

Tesla went on a tear after 11/4, despite the only news being negative. People were already predicting falling YOY sales and profits, and Trump ran on policies bad for Tesla.

The run-up made no sense, but the fall sure does.

The paranoia angle of the Ashley St Clair texts didn't get as much play as it should've.

Probably everyone in US politics gets death threats, but sounds like Musk was having intrusive, obsessive thoughts about it. He is really not well.

We can't count on the US govt to protect the climate now, so those of us who care are largely on our own. Here's a reminder that beef is, by far, the worst common food for greenhouse gas emissions.

Tofu is the best choice for complete protein, but dairy and other meats are much better than beef.
