I beg to disagree, Mr. Speaker. Ayuda is not justice. It is PATRONAGE POLITICS. It is making the poor beholden to politicians with self-interest in mind. Give them sustainable livelihood programs, not doleouts.

The congressmen handled him better than the senators who, IMO, just let him loose to say anything.
But next time, dear congressmen, pls seat Atty. de Lima far from him. Why put them side by side?
