My concern with graduated licences is they are unenforceable. Surely better to have trackers and speed limiters fitted to their cars. Insurance companies can already fit trackers. Plus remove 'any car' from their insurance.

There are better priorities like abolishing the House of Lords. Mone and hubby owe £188million. Way above the Sovereign's Grant.

Calm down dear.The welfare system should take care of everyone. I'm for people unable to work being paid a living 'wage'. I just don't think child benefit is the best vehicle to overcome child poverty.

Personally I haven't said immigrants aren't welcome.
I'm simply suggesting that couples should pause and consider if they can afford another child. They could knock on every door in their street and ask neighbours if they'd like to support your child for the next sixteen years.

No child should live in poverty. Full stop. However, one reason the two child cap was introduced was to make couples pause to see if they could afford to support another child. That seems reasonable to me.
