Squeaked this in just before the end of 2024! Framing and drywall is complete, and while it's not perfect by any means, I'm pleased with how it's progressing!

What a difference a week makes! Pretty pleased overall, but still room for improvement. Next up (after the holidays) will be building the last ~5ft stretch of framing, cleaning up the electrical wiring, and finally applying some drywall!

Basement re-finishing is underway! Starting by repairing the wall cut back for waterproofing, but I plan to rip out the metal studs on the perpendicular wall to build a properly framed wood stud wall.
