This poem by Rimbaud is one of my inspiration for the short story I am currently finishing.

The poem tells the story of a bored prince who falls under the spell of a genie...

I also had the relationship between Rimbaud and Verlaine in mind when I was writing my "sad tale"...

Doubt that the sun doth move;
Doubt truth to be a liar;
But never doubt I love."

Some people know how to motivate me to work: by sending a photo of one of my favourite actors. 🌞🤣

This movie is beautiful: the lighting, the colours, the way the skin is filmed, especially during a certain love scene.
But it is also a harsh film, in the way it shows Lidia's chaotic, broken life.

Ps : Kristen: why did you let Tom wear a moustache???
Tom: there are nice guy roles out there...

Sunday writing. ✍️🌧🌧

Writing one of my favourite scenes from my "Victorian baby" story (the lake scene...), in rainy weather, with a cup of tea and classical music.

That is my happiness. 😉😁

I fell in love with this french movie " Le Hussard sur le toit"

An Italian in exile attempts to return to his country as the south of France faces a cholera epidemic...

This love scene that isn't a love scene. 😍
Angelo: this idealistic, courageous, devoted young man... men, be like Angelo ! 😍

16 October 1847: publication of "Jane Eyre"

One of the novels of my life, which I am about to finish rereading for the umpteenth time.

And to which I would like to pay tribute one day... maybe soon.
