I need some help... I'm trying to Stream a Meta Quest game (Trenches VR) via Meta Quest 2 through OBS to Twitch... but it seems kinda choppy.

Right now I cast to my laptop who then goes to my NZXT Capture Card. Audio is good, it's just the video that I need help with.

Anyone wanna teach me how to do Instagram? I can post clips across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram… the previous 2 get views, interaction, and growth but nothing on Instagram.
