Here Twan Keijzer, Paula Chanfreut, Jose Maria Maestre and myself show that a platoon of autonomous vehicles running a coalition Model Predictive Controller, and an unknown input observer, can detect malicious vehicles AND guarantee the absence of crashes between vehicles in all conditions!

Here Twan Keijzer, Paula Chanfreut, Jose Maria Maestre and myself show that a platoon of autonomous vehicles running a coalition Model Predictive Controller, and an unknown input observer, can detect malicious vehicles AND guarantee the absence of crashes between vehicles in all conditions!
Usually time jitter is not a good thing in digital communications, but we found a way to leverage it to implement a novel, time-based watermarking scheme! By introducing early triggering according to a “secret” pattern we can tell whether a given transmission is legit or not!

How is this possible? Thanks to the large amount of onshore and offshore #windpower we have right now, which means that about 70% of the energy mix now is renewable!
