In honor of Veterans Day, here is my dad, on his first tour in Vietnam. He was an airplane mechanic. Thankfully, he made it home safely from both tours. I miss him every day. #VeteransDay

I made an apple fantasy dessert a few days ago. It is a 40 year old recipe from a friend who owned an apple orchard in apple hill.
