Time constraints are real. Have you considered a hybrid approach? E.g. RTGame where streams are the primary path but they get turned into videos which can be outsourced in case there's not enough time

In other news, I miss Edinburgh. One of the most gorgeous places I've been fortunate enough to live in for a bit. Maybe I'll have a chance to visit again sometime. Maybe partake in Samhuinn again
