We were leaving Clancy's with pumpkins and (I think) you took us to Judah despite the bus going "nowhere in particular". You made our day! Not sure if that is sanctioned so unsure whether to write a commendation. I didn't realize it was you until seeing the other commendation saying it was the 44!

If you wanted more housing in SF and your two options are 1) anemic upzoning with negligible effect on housing or 2) trigger builder's remedy, the obvious choice is do what you can to trigger the builder's remedy

Owing money on taxes means you got an interest-free loan on all the paychecks that didn't have enough withholding, which is preferable to the opposite, which is that you gave an interest-free loan if you got a refund
