"Im not saying she isnt *allowed* refuse service, just that its wrong and she *shouldnt*"

Thats how that reads, btw. Most people who werent arguing a point wouldnt be spending this much time on it.

We could argue the symantics of what a group is, but we dont need to. "People who've punched you in the face" is a category, and the definition you provided says "Category"

Your counter is prejudicial treatment to a category of people based on their gender, so by your definition is discrimination.

Hows it prejudicial and refusing to make art is not? Not getting art doesnt harm you, not getting medical care does.

To expand on that, Ive already refuted that "refusing to draw a character" is either unjust or prejudicial treatment.
Ive also stated that the "category of people" in question have atacked the personal safety and wellbeing of millions of Americans based on their gender (theres a word for that)

By your logic so is refusing service to anyone who punches you in the face.

Refusuing service to the people who voted for the administration that is actively persecuting trans people seems like a pretty reasonable reason to refuse service.

Lets break that down a bit.
Refusal of service is not "unjust treatment". Thats literally every business. "We refuse the right to refuse service to anyone" and all that.

It also says "prejudicial" which means "harmful to someone or something" which again, refusal of service is not.

"Trump supporter" isnt an ethnicity, age, or sex. So theres only one other option if you wanna use that definition.
