If we let hate fester in our souls, it wins. If we let it prosper, it wins. If we say nothing and do nothing, it wins.
Did I ruin the party when I called that guy out? No. Turns out others were feeling the same, but didn't say anything until I did. The guy stopped, and the party's fun continued.

I'm no leader, but I want to see the world be a good place. Less hate, more love. Peace. The little things might change a perspective, help someone get through a day, and add a little bit of good to the universe. Keep supporting each other and standing up for what's right, however you can.

I donate to local food pantries because I can afford to get an extra bag of rice every few weeks. I wiped hateful graffiti off a bus stop. I join protests with signs made from cardboard scraps in my recycling bin. I share my books and resources with my friends and neighbors.
