To me it's sort of a mix between One from the Heart (1981) and Querelle (1982), with a dash of Pink Narcissus (1971), although not as artificially "explosive" as the first and nowhere near as explicit or sexual as the last two. Still pretty kinky and sensual tho, which we love 💕
