I watch a lot of movies, more than I post about. I was thinking about this the other day. What makes a great actor to me is the one that can hide their native accent the best. Who do you think does it the best?

Dr. Strangelove [1964], directed by the late, great Stanley Kubrick. This satire film about the ineptitude of governments and a great cast made this film a classic.

Watching True Romance for the 100th time. Written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott.

Anatomy of a Murder [1959], directed by Otto Preminger. Starring James Stewart, Lee Remick, Ben Gazzara and the scene stealing George C. Scott.

I like slasher films, especially ones I haven’t seen yet. Watching for the first time; Madman [1983], directed by Joe Giannone

Now watching I Saw the Devil [2010], directed by Kim Jee-Woon. Is there really a better revenge film than this one? If you haven’t seen it and you’re not squeamish, you should. This is a 5 star film inmo!
