I never met him, sadly, but I treasure this photo of him holding the Blu-ray of The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Miss Osbourne that Daniel Bird and I co-produced for Arrow back in 2015: a total labour of love that still ranks high among my proudest career achievements.

Completely agree. His films were a revelation to me in my younger, 'still discovering cthe range of cinema' days.
