I can’t speak for Astrology but my gut says that while we’re all laughing, the shift that’s occurring is potentially very serious in a not-good way. Sorry to be negative, just the vibe as I sense it.

I suspect that at least 90% of the toxic “fans” who trash her online have no concept of what she actually does or how executives in her type of business role actually work. Besides, most of the complaints are anti-woke ugliness. Good on Mr. Gilroy for defending her.

But to your point, yes. Anticlimax as an intentional point, very brave. An entire story line suddenly snuffed out with an unanswered question: “Who are you?” And then the weeping mother as the denouement. Just brilliant writing.
