When the news gets to be too much, we put on the cat’s program:

Lizzie’s new favorite perch. Not sure what’s got her attention—might be raccoons, squirrels, or invisible birds only she can see.

She thinks she’s sneaky. She has a better view of the kitchen up there & is planning her attack.

I thought I’d posted when I panic set this account up last year. Oops. Mostly still lurking, but here, have an old picture of my cat, Lizzie. She’s 14 now & back up on the bookshelf, but refusing to hold still for a new photo.
