Trump is so rattled by the Epstein files being made public, he is personally pardoning every crook he knows from prison to gather more allies to his side. Is he emptying the prisons to inflict more pain on the USA? What a looser!

Democrats are fighting to add 2 items to the Republican budget. One is to add back ACA subsidies to make health insurance premiums more affordable for low income families. The second item will stop Trump and Republicans from removing subsidies through recisions (spending cuts afterward).

It is funny that Trump thinks federal employees give a damn what he wants. He has made their lives a stress-filled hell since he took office in January. They are just waiting for a job they want to open outside of the current federal looney bin.

As a 17 year former federal government employee I can tell you, a government shutdown no biggie. Federal employees will be furloughed, not fired, tomorrow morning after an orderly shutdown. They will be paid for all of the hours they would have worked when they return once the budget is passed.

The over-the-top reactions of Republicans for what is mostly protected free speech of private citizens is abusive. The aggressive arrogant entitlement is pervasive. He is threatening to ruin the lives of people, strangers, for exercising free speech rights down to getting their licenses revoked.

When we get our country back, we need to repeal old laws that can be used to exploit us or our democracy, and pass new laws to protect them from criminal attacks by anyone, foreign or domestic, including our own government. No person, company or group should be able to buy a political office.

It was unethical and immoral for our Senate to approve RFK as DHHS Secretary. American citizens should not have to put up with him simply because 52 Republicans voted to approve him. Real qualifications and experience should be real requirements. He did not have any. We should always get a vote.

Texas officials blame NWS forecast without mentioning DOGE cuts to that agency. Even if the NWS had got the forecast spot on, it would not have made a difference in Texas. They have not prepared for any of the known consequences forecasted by Climate Change scientists.
