You gave me chills, and I fully understand your concern. It’s important that we are vocal, however I have to admit it’s always in the back of my mind when that hammer will drop. I have many friends in the gay community and it’s frightening and maddening. We’ve come so far for this to be happening.

And rightfully so. I wouldn’t travel here, especially if I was dark skinned.
