Y'all...I will rant for hours about how GA fucks up our RLAs from the get go because the SOS selects the race to audit and it's not randomly selected.

The first of six study committee hearings on Georgia elections is today. It's apparently an "education day" but only one election supervisor is here. Because election supervisors are running elections today. 😐

H.R 1 *The Big Beautiful Bill Act* will passed. Going to go lick my wounds and rest by a beautiful pool with a good friend. Enjoy my long weekend. Pick up the work again Monday. Most of the impact won't be felt until 2026.

So far, this book has been quite the disappointment. Apparently, if I can't breathe through my nose, I'm doomed to bad skin (the folks at Sephora disagree), not being able to sleep at night (ummm...last night says different), and poor health (running another 5K next weekend)

SB 1 passes out of committee with one Dem voting in favor. Senator Sims asked some really good questions that I am going to assume were written for her since she clearly didn't believe the point she was making. It's disappointing and I hope her constituents call her on it.
