The problem is that avg people with 401k or 529 money don't realize that their losses are now cash in the pockets of these men.

But do average people realize that the money they lost in their 401k's and 529 plans is now in the accounts of the insiders who traded on that early information?

Unfortunately, we need to explain it differently so people understand: There are 10 people to share $100. One person gets $60, four people share $34, and the other 5 share $6.
