The NATO Supreme Allied Commander is American and his Commander in Chief is Trump. A new defensive military coalition must be created for all those nations threatened by Trump/US and their allies. The US has destroyed NATO, but the blueprint can be reproduced.

To my fellow Canadians- to those of you taking comfort in our NATO membership, may I remind you that Trump hates NATO and wants to withdraw the US from the Alliance? He doesn't care about laws and treaties; he cares about money. We need a new military coalition with our Arctic and close allies.

If Americans want to stop Trump from invading more countries, maybe consider having the richest states leave the union? If you won't remove him, at least lessen the arsenal he has at his command.

While US farmers continue to speak out against the impact of the tariffs on their businesses, I have yet to hear any of them utter a single word about the wellbeing or fate of their former migrant workers.

Air Canada execs should face consequences; by severely underpaying their employees, they are creating vulnerabilities in our national security. Unhappy and exploited employees are more vulnerable to cohersion and bribery.

I wish European leaders would not waste their time trying to appease Trump. Europe can handle this Russia-Ukraine war without the US.

On CBC yesterday the US Ambassador said that Americans are still visiting Canada and are not boycotting Canadian products, unlike nasty Canadians.
Of course they are- they were not threatened with annexation and they are safer traveling in Canada than in their own country.

I was surprised to learn that Pete Hoekstra, the American Ambassador to Canada has previously served as Ambassador to Netherlands during Trump's first term because he really sucks at it.

Having watched the extremely cringe press conference announcing the EU-US trade deal, some things became clear:
1. Donald Trump has advanced cognitive impairment;
2. The trade deal is greatlyunfair to the EU.

Why would any country bother negotiating a trade agreement with the US when Trump changes his mind daily? His word is as reliable as Putin's word. Trump is almost 6 months into his term. Yikes.

It should be clear by now that Trump will not help Ukraine, but will help Russia.The Coalition of the Willing needs to act fast and send boots on the ground in Ukraine and end the war ASAP, or face a Russian and American joint military force. Things have changed and we need to act.

I still think that there will no more American elections. Trump said so during his campaign. It's not as if congress or the courts can stop him.

I often hear the phrase "Russia only understands strength". No, Russia only understands violence. Targetting schools, hospitals and the civilian population is not strength, it is extreme cowardice.
