Pantones Color of the Year is Mocha Mousse! i predicted Brown would be the color family!
theres been a huge wave of brown in the design world and using food as inspiration for color choices. my CosmoCollect was ahead of her time!

i work mostly virtual with my clients and one thing we gon do is swatch these fabrics to color match the curtains to the walls! its really one of my favorite parts of the design process.

one closet is 90% complete. the other closet will be installed next week (we’re waiting on another delivery). the cost of the frames alone for these closet designs was around $2100 shipping included. i love a good budget project!

i pitched this dressing room look to my client that has two open concept closets in her bedroom. she wanted to be able to hide the clothes. my goal was to have one closet covered by curtains and the other covered by a sliding mirror door.

the coffee table set i got for $45 with delivery. i measured the inside of this and the black lacquer unit so i can change the glass to a bronze mirrored style instead.

so the black unit is actually a headboard but i use it as a tv storage unit and a lot of my sons medical supplies are in it. the unit was free but i sent the lady $30 for gas cus she delivered it. i polished it after this and it looks so good.
