Did you read the post? "military divers neutralised the drone." So it wasn't moving. Unbelievable. How's that possible when they have drones that travel miles into rusia? Well, empty battery or fuel tank, engine failures and many other possible failures.

Relax, dude. This was olly a floating bomb out of Ukrainian control. And a hazard for navigation, including UA ships. Otherwise, you're right on the first part.
