We have submitted our response to the DAERA draft Climate Action Plan 🏡 We strongly support net zero and seek a just transition that puts people first.

We need dedicated funding for deep energy efficiency upgrades across all tenures.

Alarming new housing statistics are out. 🚨 Our director was on GMB this morning to address the deepening crisis.

49,083 on the social housing waiting list (+4%)
37,635 households now in housing stress (+6%)

This is not an unsolvable problem. We need long-term funding, not short-term targets.

We have expressed concern in response to the latest Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin. While the figures on starts and completions reflect some positive momentum, delivery remains far short of what is needed to meet Northern Ireland’s housing demand.
