House has 18 such bills it wants to pass including Kids Online Safety Act.
The senate has: Kids Online Safety Act, Guard Act, Screen Act, App Store Accountability Act(have to show your ID to download any App- no matter your age.)

These are the same people who are trying to limit citizens from using the internet by trying to get rid of Section 230 and trying to pass Age Verification bills that would demand you give them your ID or biometric data to use the internet. All in the name of child safety.
