Musk's science fiction. Can't help but think of Cecil Rhode's famous "I would annex the planets if I could" when reading about Musk's juvenile pretensions regarding space travel. Its the old imperialism in e-dress: Deracinated men of means pursuing the purely personal under the guise of stewardship.

Birth citizenship ban? Wong Kim Ark (1898) stands in the way of any Trump executive action or Congressional statute on birth citizenship. Its anybody's guess how this U.S. Supreme Court might rule. But WKA was a rejection of Dred Scott, exhaustive on point and tethered to national sovereignty.
