New study from the Wahlang Lab shows how PCBs affect males and females differently, using multi-omics tools to uncover sex-specific toxicity pathways. Funded in part by the CIEHS and strengthened by collaborations, including the Center for Cardiometabolic Sciences.

A recent study from Carolyn Klinge, Matthew Cave and others found that exposure to harmful chemicals called PCBs can change molecules involved in protein production, which may help explain how these chemicals contribute to liver disease.
