A little late in the season, but I've decided to plant a front yard garden. Guy down a little ways has one, and I was thinking...if everyone had a front yard garden that was community food, people could just take a walk and get something to eat for free.

It feels so much like the republican administration sees this all as some sort of game. I look at the pictures of everyone smiling and shaking hands. I can't imagine smiling and congratulating someone on causing death and suffering for millions. It's not a game. It's horrific.

We need to give our kids the a world they can be proud of. It's not impossible. We need to tax churches and billionaires and use the money to feed, give healthcare to, and take care of the bottom two tiers of maslow's hierarchy of needs for all people.

The other day, I felt faint. I went to the woods, and felt better. Something strange is happening, and nature can heal it. Every living thing close to nature behaves in generous ways/doesn't take more than it needs. Tree root systems feed neighboring tree stumps who can no longer photsynthesize.

When I look at nature and animals and how they behave, they share. They don't take more than they need. They ensure others have food before they eat. Their lives are in harmony with the natural world around them. The earth will restore balance. I just hope people are here after nature is done.
