“Pomona” is a blend of Michelin, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Foxwhelp cider apples which results in flavours of baked apple, hints of spice, some orange-like zestyness and a subtle tannins at the end.

I’ve had this many times before, which must say something about just how good this is! It’s Tom’s signature Medium Dry #RealCider which is naturally fermented in stainless steel so that the purity of the fruit shows through.

👀 Dark marmalade+a reddish hue
👃 Really strong funk+earthy, cloves
👅 Bold tannins upfront which mellow to give rounded acidity for balance. Spicy+smokey flavours dominate w/green apple skin in the b/ground. Some residual sugar in the finish but coupled w/good astringency
