What's the 'magic' ingredient for all relationships? ✨

It's not about agreeing - it's about making the effort to validate and respect their perspective; unless that view crosses a boundary and indicates an unsafe relationship.

This applies to couples, poly partnerships, friends & family.

Are your clients confusing sexual desire and arousal?

Arousal: Means the physiological response to sexual thoughts/touch (a body state).

Is "libido" limiting our understanding of sex?

It also wrongly presumes a sex drive is "natural", alienating people who don't experience one.

What’s the difference between general & psychosexual therapy?
General psychotherapy has a history of pathologising kink. Contemporary psychosexual therapy sees erotic diversity as part of human expression
We support clients in understanding desires with care & curiosity
