the important thing is that *you* are able to see progress in the several pics you take in the same lightinglangles. totally get where you are coming from, but it is perfectly okay to take pictures in good lighting! you are not faking anything that does not exist, the muscles and size are there :)

Goofy/conspiracy Pynchon is so so good. Inherent Vice is also a great read because it really is Stoner Philip Marlowe, though way less wacky (also a great PTA film)
