I don’t want to try and say that you’re wrong for feeling this way and can understand being skeptical, but acting like this doesn’t help anyone. If you still feel like Shesez is a biggot and don’t believe he‘s being genuine about not knowing better, then I’ll stop trying to convince you otherwise.

The fact that there are people in Shesez’s life who do want to help him in a meaningful way and make him realize what he did wrong is a good sign.
Continuing to berate him despite showing regret and getting help feels like a negative way of viewing others and makes you look worse than you may be.

As for your second point, I understand why posting this stuff for money can be weird, but I feel that this is beside the point that I am trying to make.
I feel that when people continue to see the worst in someone and continue to make attacks on their character, it will not make positive changes.

For your first part, I want to say that Fossil and Shesez have known each other for 20 years at this point. When Fossil came out to him, he was immediately accepting of this fact and still continue to be friends. They even did this video together:

When you’re referring to “creep shots” do you mean the posts that show the hidden suggestive details that the developers made that aren’t normally seen through normal means, because that’s all I’m seeing through his patreon. I‘m pretty sure it’s more weird for the developers than him.

Was his response questionable, most certainly. Does that mean people should go scorched Earth on him, I would certainly hope not.
If he says or does anything that would hurt minorities on purpose, then that should be the end of it, but I don’t want to see a situation go too far because of it.

I don’t know, from what I’ve seen of other “DEI bad” statements, it doesn’t feel like it’s coming from someone who hates minorities and doesn’t seem like he’s being ”bold” about it. He also doesn’t work for any big organization from what I see and don’t know if it’s him saving face.
