Felony arrest?? Of a 9 year old?? How is the child or society helped by that? I would think the child and parents need counseling and independent study NOT to be thrown in some juvenile center that’s going to make him a better predator with fewer options. All prison does is create more victims.

Biden didn’t deliver a new program. Public service forgiveness stopped under Cruella DeVos and he restarted it. He’s actually the reason student loans can’t be discharged in Bankruptcy.
