I'm hoping I did this right.
The image is in Black and White. Pomni from The Amazing Digital Circus in place of Henry in the Eraserhead poster. Pomni is a Jester. I also replaced the text from the Eraserhead poster with the title "The Amazing Digital Circus". Pomni is in front of a bunch of floating eraser shavings. That is what the poster is like, I would say it makes more sense if you have seen the movie, but this is Eraserhead.

I think about the character Nick O'Teen and the faces he makes a lot
Nick O'Teen is a superman villain made for a series of anti-smoking PSAs in the 1980s He wears an orange sweater with his own name on it and a cigarette top hat. His face is that of a classic twisted villain with a pointed chin and yellowed teeth. In this first image, it is a close-up of him from one of the ads where he has a sinister smile while smoking a bent cigarette. Nick O'Teen with an overly extended jaw. It's a smear frame. I want to apologize to people who need alt text because I don't even know how to describe the facial expression he is making here. Nick O'Teen is making a elongated "Oh" face.

This is from a glitch on steam from about two years ago. Steam crashed like a minute after I took this screenshot. Thought it was funny.
A screenshot of a page on my steam account. It shows the achievements I got for the game Inscryption. It is the achievement you get for beating the main campaign, but the image for the achievement is replaced by a small picture of Basil from Omori.
